22nd April

The planet has become a material wasteland where humans have polluted, destroyed plants and wildlife, endangered habitat and animal life due to a selfish inability to respect the Earth. Climate change, deforestation, habitat loss, poaching, unsustainable farming and pesticides are all part of the negative human impact.

Bees, insects, birds, coral reefs, whales, elephants, rhinos and tigers are some of the many endangered species suffering from the human lifestyle.

How can we change this? We can educate and raise awareness, change policies to protect species and nature, nuture global activism, adopt a vegan diet and lifestyle, end the use of pesticides and polluting chemicals.

Get involved in cleaning up and restoring the environment and our neighbourhoods. Let’s reduce waste, reuse all that we can and recycle. Avoid a plastic world where the Earth is left in disgrace. We are the change and impact on this planet and in our communities. Think green, live a sustainable and responsible life; animals and nature are relying on our kindness.
