2nd October

How do we define violence? It is not gender or species specific and it’s not always visible, or even acknowledged by the victim. The lack of activity of a spectator can often display more harm than the physical scene.

Weapons and words harm others and peace is well publicised but for the fact that humans have normalised violence in daily routine, sport and supposed necessity. The war we inflict on others comes at a cost to both sides. There is a resolution for everything but violence is not a cure, punishment or right.
