It’s supposedly a world of inclusion and accessibility; so why are girls and women still overcompensating, in the shadows of the seemingly, effortless male? Ditch the Barbies and concealer. Stand tall and resonate. Never apologise for assertion or expression. Enough noise can make a hit against the male standards. Don’t accept falling into the allocated box. Step up, not down or in.
