World Health Day

What has queues longer than female washrooms? Hospital waiting lists. Is demand outweighing supply on an unprecedented level? Should you pay even more tax on your wages to pay for your healthcare as the system cannot cope?

We are what we eat, drink, smoke, vape and breathe in. When you fill your body full of rubbish, you become a bin. When you fill it with healthy choices; you invest in your future. You become a life bank with interest.

Life is about good choices and we don’t always apply thought when we light another cigarette or slip into McDeath for a quick refuel. Given the choice, would you rather spend your money and future planning your next holiday or coppering up for a medical bill? Hospitals cannot cope with public health as it is now and the future forecast for cancer , heart disease and diabetes. If we don’t change the meat, smoking, sugar and fried food tradition; are we ready for the tragic ending?

We all know the facts about processed food and pollution but are we willing to make the break to live? If you would like to see the snows of your Winter, adapt and live. Unclog your arteries and take the pressure off your organs. Eat, drink and breath in clean, green, kinder air. You, your loved ones, animals and the planet will thank you for choosing life.
