Trolls, school bullies, or just domestic rift; having the life skills to handle the impact means unsubscribing to the mental toll. Self defence isn’t just physical. Misdirected frustration vents itself in escapism but wounds need addressing.
Teach children and yourselves the art of direct talking, without hiding behind a screen. Children should be seen, heard and listened to. Remind them of their voices and how powerful they are. Share manual skills that do not rely on technology or peer pressure to be enjoyed. Happiness is carved; not watched or bought.
